About Me
Hi, I'm Sam, a Software Engineer working remotely at
OnProfit in Hartford, CT .
My active interests include making stained glass art, 3D printing, playing Magic the Gathering, and woodworking.
I got my Master's in Artificial Intelligence at UT Austin in 2026 and my Bachelors in Math at UT Austin in 2022.
If there's anything else you want to message about, feel free to contact me! I will try my best to respond promptly.
Why does my site look like this?
I made this site by hand while in college, before AI-coding assistants came out shortly after, and before I was even
considering becoming a software engineer, as a way to document and share the things I found interesting to work on. I kept it
relatively simple, partly because I had not learned about JS frameworks at that point and partly because I
liked the sort of 90s web-minimalism of it.
If you're looking to work with me as a SWE, I promise not all of my websites look like this. Take a look at my
projects for a bit of a better view of the type of stuff I make now.
